REGISTRATION FORM

ART INSPIRATION STREET ART MARKET

Date : 10 July; 11 July, 2010 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time : 11.00 am to 7.00 pm
Location : Ipoh Parade WhyWhyBookShop (second floor)
Stall rent : RM30 for 1 day, RM50 for 2 day.
Stall size : 2 ft x 3 ft, stall no includes table & chair.

RULES OF ART INSPIRATION STREET

1. All crafter must be set up all thing before 11.00 am.
2. Only 2 peoples can stand at the stall.
3. If selling handmade craft please at least distributes 10 items into your stall.
4. Registration form and payment must be turned in by 5 July, 2010.
